Jess Connolly

Jess Connolly is a coach by nature. Whether it’s leaning beside a friend who’s in physical labor or speaking into the heart of a woman who has been given a dream by God - she thrives when she is cheering others on. Failure has freed her up from fear, and she’s learned to take God’s gifts and utilize them for all they’re worth - since they speak to the character of the Giver more than the recipient.
Her workdays are spent leading Go + Tell Gals, pastoring Bright City Church, writing books, teaching the Word, and using all she’s got to help women take their place in the kingdom. The rest of the time you can find her adventuring with her family, drinking too much coffee, or dancing it out.
Anna Victorson

Anna joined Go + Tell Gals when it was nothing but a name and a mission statement, and she counts it an honor to have witnessed it grow into the business God has made it today. Whether she’s managing project timelines, listening to customer stories, or finding the perfect GIF to boost team morale, it’s her joy to help carry the mission of Go + Tell Gals. As an Enneagram 3, Anna has an eye for excellence and a goal to leave spaces and lives she enters more beautiful than she finds them. She purposes to bring joy to others through the joy God has faithfully bestowed upon her life.
As the Director of GATG, Anna’s work days are spent hammering out the details that bring new projects to life and helping shepherd an overall vision into an exciting and achievable reality. She loves her husband, her family + friends, bright outfits, and showing pictures of her precious little dog to absolutely anyone willing to see. She’s beyond grateful to live in her chosen city of Charleston, SC, and she’d choose dinner in her backyard over just about any high-rated restaurant any day. She starts every day with a cold brew and ends with an episode of Grey’s Anatomy or Schitt’s Creek. It’s her absolute joy to use what she’s been given to lead the GATG team and serve you as you dig into what God has called you to.
Nicci Morelli
HOSPITALITY + LOGISTICS, GATG COACH, SINGER, SONG-WRITER, WORSHIP LEADER, OUR FAVORITE PERSON TO CURATE OF OUR SPOTIFY
Nicci is our shepherd + steward of making sure holy hospitality is written within everything we touch here at GATG. She is always thinking about how to be intentional with all the touchpoints we have with our gals, and also the holy ways to include them in our mission. She is thoughtful, tender, passionate, kind, and one of the greatest champions of women finding freedom + wholeness that we’ve ever known.
When Nicci isn’t answering emails, gearing up for our next event, or shipping out new merch, you can find her enjoying a long walk or a cup of coffee on the back porch, singing, writing, seeking creativity around every corner, spending time with her husband and friends, or leading worship at her local church.
Liz Cox
MEDIA MANAGER, BUSINESS + BRAND COACH, YOUR HYPE WOMAN, AUDIBLE OBSESSED, SEEKER + CELEBRATOR OF JOY.
Liz has been a long time friend of GATG before she ever officially joined the team. Liz has been a GATG coach since 2021 and runs her own business, Refined Business Collective, as a business + brand coach and brand photographer for wedding professionals and women-owned small businesses. It was a no-brainer to bring Liz on in 2023 to officially be a part of the GATG team to serve our gals through all things media + marketing. If you’re chatting with us on social media, it’s likely Liz on the other side of the screen!
When Liz isn’t working, you can find her chasing a sunset, grabbing coffee or a good bite to eat with friends, listening to an audiobook, taking herself on a solo movie date, giggling over ridiculous memes, capturing moments on a film camera, or FaceTiming with her any of her 5 godchildren.

Katie is a force for the Kingdom and truly a bringer of joy wherever she goes. She is quick to help, eager to serve, and is always ready to share an encouraging word.
Katie brings laughter, wisdom, and strategic planning to our team and we have no doubt she’ll do the same for our gals whenever they cross her path. She’s a true delight + gift to the GATG team!

Jackie is passionate about seeing women take God at His word, experience hope, and unleash it into the spaces around them.
Jackie is a prayer warrior, encouragement queen, and has a zest for life unlike anyone we’ve ever known. After any kind of interaction with Jackie, you will feel empowered, equipped, and like you can take on the world. We’re so grateful for this woman and the ways she blesses our team + this community!
VICTORIA FULLER
MARKETING MANAGER, coach, strategy-lover, creative thinker, and passion-driven leader.
Victoria is a brilliant brand strategist (read: Heart Translator) through her business, Awake + Seek. She loves helping people and brands say what they’re trying to say, in the way their people most need to hear it. She’s a soul-driven, data-informed, values-first writer and strategist and she blesses our socks off when it comes to moving our mission forward.
Victoria is also a spiritual formation and leadership coach developing spiritual + emotionally healthy church leaders and teams. She works 1:1 with leaders as well as hosting workshops and leading team retreats.
