Our Mission
WE TAKE WOMEN FROM STUCK IN THEIR CALLING TO MAKING MOVES WITH CONFIDENCE.
We teach women to quit striving, find who they were created to serve, use their gifts and utilize their weaknesses, fight fear with truth, hear from God, and make bold moves that change the world. We will use any means necessary to equip and encourage. We are constantly learning and adapting the way we do mission and encouraging women to do the same. We’re for women being whole - getting rest and working hard. We believe that no one is excluded from the abundance of obedience.
Our Vision
WE SEE A NEW WAY FOR WOMEN OF THIS GENERATION.
We’re motivated by a vision of the future featuring women using all they’ve got for the advancement of the kingdom. Our hope is that God would use our work to continually tear down the strongholds that keep women from taking their place in the kingdom. We pray and prepare for a day when it’s not out of the ordinary for a woman to take God at His Word.
Our Values
We believe in God our Father a Creator who loves His children so much that He made a way for them to be in constant + eternal relationship with Him. John 3:16
We find our victory in Jesus the sinless Son of God who came to earth so that we may be called friends, ambassadors, and coheirs with Him. John 15:15
We crave the work of the Holy Spirit and are exceedingly grateful for His power at work in and through us today. We believe God is living, active, and moving here today. John 14:26
We love the Word of God and work to live under its authority. We seek to see Him in and through it, and we’re wildly grateful for such a resource. Hebrews 4:12
We love the church and believe she is the Bride of Christ. We believe the local church is better off when we’re all in it, and we seek to use our gifts to build her, grow her, and push her toward the purity God intended for her. Ephesians 5:25-27
We are thankful for our brothers in Christ and believe the Kingdom is better off when they’re living out their vibrant + full faiths as well. Our intention is never to replace them, but to come alongside them in the power, love, and self control that’s been purchased for all of us. 2 Timothy 1:7

We believe that our diversity makes us better and that we have much to learn from hearing stories that are different than our own. Our Story
No one saw Jess Connolly as a leader, an entrepreneur, or an encourager of women: but God did. After a season of extreme depression + discouragement, Jess started the Naptime Diaries print shop in 2011. She wasn’t trying to start a business or change the world, she just needed scripture on her walls to help her fight the intense fear she was battling. After seeing the scripture prints she made, a friend suggested she sell them on Etsy.
Eight months later, the business was making more than her family’s income. A new passion emerged as other creative business owners, bloggers, and ministry-minded women were popping into her email inbox and asking her for advice. If Jess could create a life-giving and financially profitable business with her husband’s laptop, the local kinkos, and three babies at home - she believed anyone could do it. Thus began her career in coaching.
Jess began formally coaching other women in 2012 and hasn’t looked back. Over time, she developed the six steps - an intentional process she uses to help women push past what is making them feel stuck. Since 2012, she’s used the six steps to coach both multi-million dollar business owners and college students alike. In 2018, Go and Tell Gals was established and we began creating ways for women to be coached and equipped.
We now use online encouragement, our podcast, classes, e-courses, and group coaching to keep women moving forward in their unique gifting. We also train other women to be coaches and have developed a licensing program to help them do what we do.
