Go Teams are for the women who are called (specifically to small business, writing, ministry, or business) and need equipping. They’re for the women who are desperate to make their callings about God and His glory. They’re for the women who feel stuck — either before they start or once they’re in the thick of it. We know that there is extreme power in combining coaching with community, wisdom from outsiders, and other women who are doing what you are too. We believe no woman is stuck in her calling and there is always a Spirit-inspired move she can make.

Go + Tell Gals Founder Jess Connolly has been coaching women for years. In Go Teams, she’s bringing all she’s got to the table, adding in some industry experts, and placing you in teams so you have a squad of women — ready to learn + run with. If you’re called to run a small business, begin a career in writing, dedicate your life to ministry, or pour out through speaking or a podcast, Go Teams are for you.

THE GO TEAMS EXPERIENCE

  • 6 core group coaching sessions with Jess Connolly

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of coaching is this? What are the sessions about?

The six core sessions are a progression to help women at all levels and stages process why they're doing what they're doing, how they're doing it, and how they can do it successfully for the long haul. There is a lot of heart + soul work, but there will also be a lot of strategic help. We'll cover everything from purpose to planning, pushing past fear and executing branding. For the two expert sessions, we'll take individual groups needs and tailor the coaching towards that.

When will the online coaching sessions be held? What if I’m not available at that time? Will the sessions be recorded?

Go Teams kick off on February 13, 2024! The six core coaching sessions with Jess are held Tuesdays at 8 PM ET from February 13 - March 19. Every single session is recorded and a replay is made available, to accommodate all schedules and to give ample opportunity to process. The sessions have unlimited access, forever — even after Go Teams wrap up. You can rewatch the sessions time and time again.

What's the time commitment?

Each core coaching session will last about 45 minutes and we suggest spending another 45 minutes on the corresponding homework. Each Go Team has two additional industry-specific sessions — one with Jess, and one with an industry expert. Those sessions are each 60 minutes long. 90 minutes (session + homework) for the 6 core sessions + 2 hours for the expert sessions = 11 hours over the course of Go Teams. How much time you put into the community is up to you! 

How do I know which track to choose?

You can choose between Small Business, Writing, Ministry, and Speaking / Podcasting. Your Go Team Community group is based on the track you choose, as are your live industry expert coaching sessions — so we suggest choosing the area you feel most called to and/or where you’re most wanting to grow. If you feel called to multiple tracks (for example, both Ministry and Writing), don’t worry! Choose which track you’d like community for the long haul — at the end of Go Teams, you’ll receive the replay to every single coaching session. So, if you choose Ministry but you’re also interested in Writing, you’ll have access to the two Writing expert sessions, too! Still need help? Email us!

Is this for women with established businesses/ministries/podcasts/writing careers or women just starting out?

Honestly — both!

These sessions have been used for successful, established businesses and for women just getting started. If you feel called, Go Teams is for you. No prerequisite needed.

What is the investment?

Go Teams retail for $525. The value of the coaching alone is $2200. Whether you’re just getting started or you’re looking to grow in your God-given mission, Go Teams might feel like a massive investment. But here’s something to think about: do you have time to not get coaching? Do you have another year to spend without getting insight? Can you afford to continue going in the same direction and pace — or would you be best served by taking the time or financial investment you need this spring, this year, to move forward in what God has asked you to do? You’ve always dreamed about writing and we dream about equipping more women to step into the publishing world. We’ll give you the tools you need to get moving and keep going. Because the world needs your words you don’t need to waste any more time wondering what the next step is, amen?

PODCAST + SPEAKING

Whether you’ve already started speaking or podcasting + just need some help to get unstuck, or you’re still in the dreaming phase — Go Teams are for you. We can’t wait to see you creating content that resonates with the masses, sharing it with your audience with passion, and moving forward in your calling.

SMALL BUSINESS

If you’ve got a product or service that serves and blesses others, don’t get hung up or stuck on what you don’t know. Get targeted coaching in small business and ask questions about marketing, product creation, or working out a business plan - while also growing closer to other women who are doing the same.

MINISTRY

    Phylicia Masonheimer is founder of Every Woman a Theologian, an online ministry teaching Christians how to know what they believe, live it boldly and communicate it graciously. She is an author, blogger and host of the chart-topping podcast Verity with Phylicia Masonheimer. Phylicia and her husband Josh live in Petoskey, MI, with their three children Adeline, Geneva and Ivan.

    Mimi Striplin is the founder of The Tiny Tassel, a jewelry, clothing, and accessories brand. The brand took off in 2015 on Etsy where Striplin handcrafted and sold her namesake product, tiny tassel earrings. In March of 2021, Striplin opened the brick and mortar location of The Tiny Tassel.     Faith has been a gospel preacher since she was 19-years-old. Currently, she is an international speaker, pastor, church planter, author, and CEO of a nonprofit. The mission of her life is for all to know and enjoy the gift of the gospel, which is the Presence of God. She holds a Masters of Divinity with a concentration in Global Studies from Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University. She has been ministering in the church for 18 years.
